GPF Architects is designing five new ‘Live/Work” buildings on 0.70 acres of land in Coppell. The buildings are 2-stories tall with the work component on the first floor. Each building is limited by code to 3,000 SF of conditioned area total. In addition there are large covered porches, balconies, and an additional 500 SF second floor covered deck on level 2. The business can be used for professional offices, retail and other commercial uses.

The new 150 room hotel in Ft. Worth, TX opened on February 10, 2021. The hotel features first floor amenities including a Conference Center, Business Area, a future catering kitchen, a guest kitchen, another kitchen, 2 bars and lounge areas, and large outdoor pool with tanning shelf. The guestrooms include seven accessible rooms one of which is a king suite. The top floor includes (2) Top Golf suites. In addition there is a roof top bar with indoor and covered outdoor seating with views of the downtown skyline and TCU campus.
Penny Paws Animal Clinics – construction is underway for a new location in DeSoto, TX.
In addition, plans have been submitted for Building Permit for a new location in north Fort Worth, TX.
GPF Architects has submitted plans for a new tenant improvement space of 1800 SF including mercantile and kitchen prep areas. Construction is scheduled to be completed this fall.
GPF Architects is providing preliminary design services for a new ambulatory surgery center in North Texas.
Construction is wrapping up on a new 15,000 SF warehouse facility for this long time Ft. Worth company.
GPF Architects has completed contract documents for a new 5000 SF Wedding Venue to be constructed in Denton County. The facility will be located out in the country in the rolling and wooded prairie. The amenities will include a wedding chapel, reception room, a catering kitchen and other support facilities.

GPF Architects recently completed and opened the new 4500 SF Penny Paws Animal Clinic in Grand Prairie, Texas. Services included Architectural, Structural, MEP Engineering and Landscape Architecture. In addition, GPF guided the project through the Planning Department and City Council approval process at the start.
GPF Architects just completed and obtained the Certificate of Occupancy for a new 12,500 SF Office Finishout for Star Mitigation/Republic Services in irving, Texas. GPF provided full services including Architectural, Interior Design, MEP Engineering, Structural Engineering, Furniture Design and Coordination, Artwork Design, Technology Design, and Construction Management services.
GPF Architects has been hired to provided construction administration services on a new 6-story, 150 room hotel in Ft. Worth Texas. Services include regular jobsite visits, Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, coordination of Hyatt brand standards, coordination with TCU standards, coordination with all engineering, interior design, technology, security, lighting, acoustical and graphic consultants. In addition, GPF will provide submittal, RFI, Change Order and Application for Payment review.
