GPF Architects is providing space planning and interior design services on multiple banking facilities in north Texas.

GPF Architects is designing five new ‘Live/Work” buildings on 0.70 acres of land in Coppell. The buildings are 2-stories tall with the work component on the first floor. Each building is limited by code to 3,000 SF of conditioned area total. In addition there are large covered porches, balconies, and an additional 500 SF second floor covered deck on level 2. The business can be used for professional offices, retail and other commercial uses.
GPF Architects is providing architectural and engineering design services for the Dallas Independent School District project:
“Additions and Renovations to Edward Titche Elementary School”
GPF Architects is continuing our partnership with the Hurst Euless Bedford Independent School District as Construction Bond Manager. To date 2 new elementary schools along with Additions and Renovations to 3 junior high schools have opened. We are currently assisting with conversion of an older elementary campus into a new staff support center.
