Project Description

A 10,300 square foot retail building with 5,000 sf retail store finish out for Owner. Building is steel frame with stone and steel stud exterior walls. 16 foot high plate line and 24 foot ridge allowing for high areas for other tenants. Scope included deceleration lane along the state highway frontage.
