GPF Architects recently gained city council approval for a Planned Development in ‘Old Town’ Coppell. The PD will feature 6 mixed use buildings of approximately 4,500 SF each on two floors. The uses will be a mixture of off/residential, retail/residential, restaurant/residential, and medical/residential.
GPF Architects recently provided design services on a 5300 SF medical office in Irving, Texas. The ENT suite features exam and procedure rooms along with audio booths with all support functions.
GPF Architects provided design services for a new 10,800 SF marine repair, maintenance and graphics facility to be located in Fate, Texas. The facility features 2400 SF of office area and 8400 of maintenance, repair and graphics for boats.
GPF Architects provided design services for a new 4500 SF animal clinic in Celina, Texas. In addition to routine exams, the clinic will offer surgical, grooming and kennel services. Design services included Architectural, Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering, and Landscape Architecture design.
Construction is completed on (2) 3000 SF + 3-car garage units in Coppell, TX. The first unit sold immediately to a doctor. The second unit is currently for sale. These units are designed for the resident to run their office on the first floor and live on the second floor.
