GPF Architects is designing five new ‘Live/Work” buildings on 0.70 acres of land in Coppell. The buildings are 2-stories tall with the work component on the first floor. Each building is limited by code to 3,000 SF of conditioned area total. In addition there are large covered porches, balconies, and an additional 500 SF second floor covered deck on level 2. The business can be used for professional offices, retail and other commercial uses.
