Project Description – Office and high density storage systems

New 100,000 SF finishout for office and high density storage systems.  US Government requires a fire sprinkler system in the racks for long term storage of paper documents.  By redesigning the in-rack fire sprinkler system and revising the rack system and layout, we were able to increase capacity by 16% over previous storage layout, a major increase when revenue is based on a per box stored basis. Scope includes new generator backup.
