GPF Architects has been hired to provided construction administration services on a new 6-story, 150 room hotel in Ft. Worth Texas. Services include regular jobsite visits, Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, coordination of Hyatt brand standards, coordination with TCU standards, coordination with all engineering, interior design, technology, security, lighting, acoustical and graphic consultants. In addition, GPF will provide submittal, RFI, Change Order and Application for Payment review.
